We know you’re eager to receive your Thymes favorites. Our fulfillment team operates from our Los Angeles location and processes all in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Carrier Selection: To ensure the most efficient delivery to your specific zip or postal code, we partner with a network of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Remote Locations: While we ship to all U.S. states and territories as well as Canadian provinces, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote rural areas in Canada.
Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Thymes Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or process a refund for the merchandise value only.
