No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any hidden restocking or handling fees. What you paid is what you get back.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@thymeas.com with your order number. We will respond with a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Refund Timeline
1.Inspection: Once your return is received at our Los Angeles facility (730 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012), please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to inspect the item(s).
2.Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated immediately.
3.Posting to Account: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to officially appear on your statement.
